Private Coaching Co is excited to announce program expansion to Toronto, Ontario, working with experienced sport and fitness industry professional Daryl Devonish.

Daryl has devoted his professional career to promoting health, recreation, and quality sport experiences – especially for youth. He graduated from the University of Toronto with Honours Specialist for Physical Education, taught Physical Education in schools, and instructed Kinesiology at a university level.

In addition to his experience as a high school and college athlete, Daryl has spent over 40,000 hours training teams, developing professional athletes, building athletics programs, and owning two fitness facilities.

From PCC president Owen McBride “this is an important next step in PCC’s eventual expansion into multiple cities across North America. Daryl is an experienced individual across multiple sectors and a fantastic person we have been looking to bring in for some time. He brings an impressive resume and a vast network of connections that will help to accelerate PCC’s growth in Ontario. Daryl, working in conjunction with our Vancouver team will take the lead on all things operations in Toronto.”

PCC will focus on expanding our schools and organizational programming across a variety of districts and regions. Programming will begin as early as April, with several plans to be announced in the coming weeks.

Daryl Devonish adds, “I’ve seen the physical education and literacy space evolve over the past four decades and appreciate the focus PCC has on fundamental movement skill development within schools to help each child realize their full potential. Instilling their confidence and bringing back joy to movement will help us build a healthier next generation.”
