Session Pricing

Individual Session

Work with a coach one-on-one to focus on your development - either sport specific or general fitness.

$90 / session

Semi-Private Session

Be challenged and enjoy a session with a friend. Our coaches will ensure you both work hard and have fun.

$110 / session

Small Group Sessions

We offer small group sessions for 3 to 5 players that follow strict protocols to ensure the safety of athletes and coaches.

$130 / session

Frequently Asked Questions

    How do I book sessions?

    Clicking on the ‘Book Now’ button on our website will take you to our booking platform where you can select the type of session you want and whether it’s for yourself or with a friend. If you require assistance, please reach out to us at contact@privatecoachingco.com

    How often should I book sessions?

    While it is up to you how often you would like to train, we do recommend a consistent training schedule to maximize development. For example, book sessions with a coach every Monday for a few weeks so that you can see your development and progression.

    What if I pay for a 1-player session and want to add a second player?

    If you want to add a friend to your session, it’s easy! You can add an extra player to a session for an additional $20/player.

    If I buy 5 sessions, do they all have to be used for the same sport/session type?

    PCC encourages athletes to participate in a variety of sports. Any sessions purchased can be used across any of the services that we provide!

    Do you offer 4 and 5 player sessions?

    Yes! We are currently waiting for provincial restrictions to open up. Once opened, we will be offering 3, 4, and 5 player sessions.

    My athlete wants to train twice a week but the price may be too high. What can I do?

    Small group sessions are cost-effective and allow your athlete to get the training they want with their friends!

    I paid for a 2 player session but the other player cancelled. Can I be refunded the extra cost for the second player?

    Unfortunately, once a session is paid for we are not able to remove charges for extra players. We recommend trying to find another friend to join the session.

    I’m looking to book a session but do not see the time or location that suits me best. What should I do?

    We want to be as accommodating as possible. If you are not able to find a time that works, please reach out to us to see if alternative arrangements can be made at contact@privatecoachingco.com.

    I live outside of North Vancouver but want to book an “At Home” session. Is this possible?

    Currently, we only offer At-Home sessions to residents of North Vancouver. We are expanding into other areas so sign up in our booking system so that you are first to hear about new areas we offer sessions within!  You can book a session at one of our facilities or fields by clicking on the ‘Book Now’.

    I want my athlete to be active but am worried about COVID 19. How do I know it is safe?

    Our sessions are COVID safe and follow all guidelines and restrictions set forth by the Provincial Health authorities. All steps are taken to ensure that athletes have a memorable and safe experience, such as hand sanitizing, social distancing, wearing PPE gear, and equipment sanitization.

    What are Fundamental Movement Skills and why are they so important?

    Fundamental movement skills are the precursors of all sport-specific skills that include running, jumping, throwing, catching, skipping, falling, hopping, and more. By building competence and confidence in these movements, athletes are able to develop an athletic base allowing them to learn new movements and operate efficiently. This will help them pick up and excel in multiple sports to ensure they stay active for life!

    I want to work for PCC but don’t have a lot of time to do so. Should I still apply?

    Absolutely! PCC offers flexible hours for coaches based on their availability. We only schedule you when you want to be scheduled. Contact us to learn more about our unique coaching program that focuses on leadership and career development.
